I have been working as a counsellor and subsequently as
a psychotherapist since 1991. My clients have come from
all walks of life, differing lifestyles and cultural and ethnic
backgrounds.
I have an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy, awarded by
the Karuna Institute and I’m a certified Brainspotting
practitioner.
I'm registered with the United Kingdom Council for
Psychotherapy (UKCP).
Finding a therapist you feel at ease with is an important
part of the therapeutic process and in recognition of this I
offer a free initial 45 minute session. This gives us the
opportunity to meet and to explore what you are looking
for in considering therapy.
